  • Hi I’m Danielle the heart and soul behind the practice, a proud mom of three girls—ages 8, 6 and 1. As an IBCLC I am committed to offering personalized, judgment-free lactation and feeding support to families in the prenatal and postpartum stages + beyond!

    Hi mamas! My name is Amy Gaffney and I have been a nurse over 20 years working with mom’s and babies. I have been an IBCLC since 2006 working in hospital settings along with my staff RN position and I love it!

    I provide compassionate care to all mom’s and their baby’s and am passionate about breastfeeding!

    I have three teenage daughters Kaylee, Keira and Gracie who I breastfed which is when I got my love for breastfeeding years ago! I also have two male golden doodles as well Charlie and Champ who I adore and love to hike with!

    I look forward to helping you and your baby become successful with breastfeeding!

    Hello! I am Pam and I was born and raised in California. I moved out east for higher education and just fell in love with the new england way of life and made it my home!

    I have been a pediatric nurse for 15 years, a pediatric nurse practitioner for 12 years, and an IBCLC for 6 years. I pursued being a IBCLC because I found that my new families, as a PNP, lacked this much needed support and wanted to help them with their feeding journey. I have grown to love this work and thankful I can do this every day!

    When I'm not on the road or in the office, I love spending time with my husband, Matt, my son, MJ and our dog cooper.

    I am available for consults Wednesday and weekends.

    Hi parents! My name is Elena Russell, RN, BSN, IBCLC. I’m a maternity registered nurse with over 9 years of experience and a mom of two young children.

    Through both my clinical work and my own breastfeeding journey, I’ve seen just how powerful the right support can be during the postpartum period. These experiences led me to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, where I’m dedicated to helping mothers feel confident, informed, and supported at every stage of their feeding journey.

    As a multilingual provider, I’m especially passionate about making every family feel heard, understood, and supported in a way that feels right for them.

    I look forward to supporting you and your baby every step of the way.

    Hi parents! My name is Alicia. I am a full time mama of four amazing boys (yes 4 boys!!) who always me keep laughing and on my toes. I have been a nurse for over 15 years working in many different specialty areas. For the past 10 years of my career working as a Postpartum nurse helping families recover from delivery and learn the basics of newborn care and feeding. After going through my own feeding journeys as well as helping parents in the beginning stages of infant feeding in the hospital, I have gained a passion for assisting parents to learn the skills needed to be successful and to gain confidence with infant feedings. I became an IBCLC to continue to help parents succeed in meeting their feeding goals outside of the hospital setting. I am so excited to be joining the LAFS team! I can’t wait to begin helping you to meet your feeding goals and to assist you in your feeding journey.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist with over a decade of clinical experience specializing in pediatric feeding, I’m passionate about helping children and families build confidence and find joy in every stage of the feeding journey. From those first small tastes to developing independent, happy eaters, my approach focuses on making mealtimes positive, connected, and stress-free. I strive to empower caregivers with the tools and confidence they need to support their child’s progress with feeding.

    I’m a proud Mom to Brooke and Gavin! We love exploring new seasonal activities, staying active, and creating memories together! I look forward to meeting your family!
